If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike. My work is not allowed to be used as NFT nor is it allowed to put my work through any AI generator.

Please when posting my art credit me (202yuri_) rightfully as the artist.

You, the client warrants that the character design, reference material and other intellectual property provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorized for use by the client.

You, the client may not claim my work as your own.

You, the client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before work begins.

You, the client acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

You, the client are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission unless I personally allow it.

You, the client is 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian allowing you to purchase my services.

Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included. Commercial use includes usage on streams, broadcasts, merchandise and any monetized work.

I, as the artist I have the right to show off my work on my social media.

I, as the artist warrant that I will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.

I, the artist retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.

I, the artist retain the non exclusive rights to sell merchandise and prints of their Work, unless exclusive commercial rights are purchased by the Client.

All of my services, except VTuber models are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

This is especially important to consider if you are a VTuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.

The NDA fee usually starts at +25% of the total quote, but it might differ.

AI have the full right to decline the commission request if I feel like doing so.

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.

Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, so as to make the note clear to read.

I will - after everything is processed and confirmed - send you an invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.

All prices listed on this website are starting prices that may change due to the complexity of your request.

Expect at least weekly updates, please do not rush me for WIPs.

Revisions are allowed as long as they are minor changes. Bigger changes will require an additional fee.

All prices are listed in USD.

Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated. I will cover the Paypal fees as it is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.

At least 50% of the payment must be sent before starting as a down-payment. The rest must be sent after a sketch.

Down-payment must be sent within 24 hours of me sending the invoice, if not paid in time I will cancel you commissions request.

I do allow payment plans for commissions over $400. For more information, please contact me.

Refunds are allowed but chargebacks with no contact are strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

Turnaround time can be anything between 1 month to 6 months depending on your commission request.

You, the client reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.

I, the artist do require at least 1 month to start and finish the artwork.
